Our Objectives

  • HESTIA is committed to promoting sustainable construction by integrating innovative materials and digital technologies into education and industry. The project focuses on three key objectives:

IDENTIFYING AND ANALYZING BEST PRACTICES TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY IN CONSTRUCTION

    • HESTIA aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of sustainable concrete solutions, identifying the most effective and viable practices in the industry. The project conducts an in-depth analysis of green concrete, exploring its potential, performance, and environmental benefits. This research is complemented by active collaboration with industry partners, material producers, and associations dedicated to circular economy principles. Additionally, HESTIA explores how BIM (Building Information Modeling) can support the integration of sustainable materials into construction processes, reinforcing efficiency and sustainability.
    • Through study visits and training workshops for trainers and educators, HESTIA ensures that knowledge about green concrete is effectively transferred to professionals and future generations.
